I was going into town this morning, and Odin put a raven in the middle of the road eating a dead rabbit. It wouldn't move, so I was forced to stop while it just looked at me for a few minutes before flying away.
When I looked up what that meant, it said that if I see a raven eating away at carrion or stealing food from others, this symbolizes that someone in my life is taking advantage of me and holding me back through unfortunate events in my life.
Odin has two ravens, and this one is a guardian and keeper of secrets. This spirit animal is telling me I need to take note and examine my fears. Working with the raven spirit will help me discover and slay my inner demons. If this raven is silent and still while looking at me, it's busy working its magic.
